Replacement Parts Policy
You may request replacement for any damaged or missing parts of Breachstorm miniatures by e-mailing questions@breachstorm.com.
Make sure to include the following information in your request:

List of missing or damaged parts

Photos of damaged parts

Where you purchased the items from (and Order # if you purchased from Breachstorm.com)
Breachstorm.com Return Policy
Undamaged, unopened product purchased from Breachstorm.com is eligible for return in exchange for a full refund up to 30 days after it leaves our facility.
To request a refund, e-mail questions@breachstorm.com with your order number. Ship items to be returned with their original packing slip to the following address:

Refunds are issued via the original purchase method upon receipt of items. Failure to follow these instructions may result in forfeiture of returned items.
Digital products are not eligible for returns.
